Cuttack, August 15 : Kalinga Aid Foundation & Team Nandlal had organised an Independence Day Celebration through a grand event at Town Hall, Cuttack. The programme was organised in the leadership of Social Worker & Youth Leader Nandlal Singh. The Programme was graced by eminent Social worker Shri Nathmal Chanani Ji as Chief Guest. Buxi Bazar Vyavasayi Sangh and Bengali’s in Odisha President – Shri Salil Ghosh, IKYATA & Telugu Samaj President – Shri K. Durga Prasad, Utkal Yadav Mahasabha & OBC Manch Cuttack President – Shri Samarjeet Behera, Philanthrophists – Shri Subash Agarwal, Shri Rammurti Tiwari, Women Leaders Smt. Reshma Khanam & Smt. Kuni Behera were the Guest of Honour in this gala event.
The programme was planned & executed in three Phases. In the first Phase Sewing Machines were donated by Shri Mukesh Singh & Shri Abdur Rehman Ji on behalf of Kalinga Aid Foundation and in the leadership of Nandlal Singh to the team members of Sara Trust & SHG Members under the leadership of Smt. Shradhanjali Mishra & Smt. Subhra Bhowmick. More than 50 members of Matru Shakti were present there in this donation programme. Also small childrens joined the event and wonderfully presented Dance & Songs in this celebration.
In the Second phase the main event started with National Anthem and was proceeded through addressing the gathering by the distinguished Guests on the roles and responsibilities of every citizen present there for the development of Cuttack, Odisha & our Nation. The welcome Speech was given by the founder of Kalinga Aid Foundation Shri Nandlal Singh who not only motivated the gathering to come forward for serving the mankind but also he praised the Bhaichara of Cuttack City and it’s people. The Youth member Shri Deepak Pani presented the work of Kalinga Aid Foundation team during COVID -19 & recent Bahanaga Train accident. Simultaneously all the distinguished Guests addressed the gathering and praised the efforts & work of Kalinga Aid Foundation Team and it’s leader Nandlal Singh. The Chief Guest of the event Shri Nathmal Chanani Ji motivated everyone present there to work for our Nation and shared his experience in the field of Social Work. He assured that he will always be present wherever & whenever Kalinga Aid Foundation needs his Support and guidance. The programme was well anchored by Shri Manoj Surolia and at last Vote of Thanks was given by Shri Mohammed Sanaullah.
In the third phase a grand celebration happened with mesmerizing Cultrural events filled with Patriotic Songs and Dance presented by the participants who were also felicitated by the distinguished Guests. After that everyone enjoyed the delicious dinner hosted in the name of our beloved Nation – India.
